Arventariomx S.A. de C.V., with registered office at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 250, 12th Floor, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06600, Mexico City, is the controller of your personal data under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

1. Data we collect

We only collect data you voluntarily provide through the subscription form: full name and email address. Additionally, through cookies we may record technical data such as anonymised IP address, device type and browser.

2. Purposes of processing

We use your personal data to send the requested educational guide, periodic newsletters with financial-education content and notifications about active social programmes in Mexico. We do not share or commercialise your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Transfers

We do not transfer personal data to unauthorised third parties. We only rely on data processors for email delivery, hosting and analytics, all bound by confidentiality agreements in line with the LFPDPPP.

4. ARCO rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO) at any time, as well as revoke the consent granted, by writing to contacto@arventariomx.com. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

5. Data retention

We retain your data while there is an active relationship with you or until you revoke your consent. Afterwards, the data will be blocked and deleted in accordance with the applicable legal timelines.

6. Changes to this notice

This Privacy Notice may be updated at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with their corresponding date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.

7. Supervisory authority

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI), at www.inai.org.mx.
